§ 6 Right of Withdrawal Instructions
(1) Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use our model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
(2) Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must repay to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling that is not necessary for testing the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

(4) The right of withdrawal does not exist for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (e.g. T-shirts with your photo and your name), for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery, or for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in sealed packaging if the seal has been removed after delivery.
